Nope...things change a LOT last fall. You’d better take a look at returns and pledge classes.
KKG, for example, moved out of bottom with their new house and great pledge class.
Not sure about A Phi in middle.

KKG will always be bottom, new house or not. Their social schedule, classiness of members, and quality of members will keep them there for a long time.
