Rushing in the fall and was wondering which of the 3 top tier frats have the best all around guys.

KA get off this site you will never compare to delt sig chi or sae or any other top/middle tier frat no matter how hard you try

He can’t rush Delt because they are on probation for 4 years and can’t take pledges.....so that should tell you something Pnm.

They are A-holes anyway so avoid like the plague!

theta chi is chill, dsig is mostly partiers and "crackheads", delts are the typical top dogs, sig chi is low key awesome

I agree besides theta chi, but sig chi is lowkey slept on in my opinion they are the best top tier frat their guys are actually genuine people
