What are the good frats that arent controversial

Im rushing in the fall and just wanted to know some good frats that arent so controversial. I see certain fraternities on here that are always argued over but what are some good fraternities that arent always in drama like I've seen SAE has been on here. Really looking for girls perspectives.

Basically any of the top/middle tier except for SAE and Delt.
