Which fraternities now make up the bottom tier? Are things changing?

Two of them, triangle there were ADPis at their parties which is a boost and Chi Psi, they swept the awards at that Panhellenic Awards thing including most improved chapter. Not huge change but definitely moving up

Love seeing that Chi Psi swept all the awards at Panhellenic! Great seeing that sorority do great things!
