no one knows who is doing COB until Christmas Break. It depends on the year.

Every sorority made quota except Phi Mu so I'm pretty sure COB is not based off of that.

it's based on whether or not the sorority met quota, and also their retention rate for their pledge class

it doesnt even have that much to do with who made quota because dz and aopi made quota last year and they still did cob. i wouldnt bother looking on here anyway if you really wanted to know.

Yeah, it doesn't matter if Pi Phi made quota, they did last year and still had to do COB because so many girls dropped.. awkwaaard..

Every sorority made quota except for Phi Mu this year and even sororities that made quota last year still participated. Sororities don't do COB so they can scramble girls together, they do it to get more outstanding women to enrich their chapter.
