So many chapters did such an amazing job! A lot of things are changing and it is so exciting!
Top: Theta, ADPi, Chi O, A Phi
Upper middle: Pi Phi, DG, Tri Delt
Middle: KD, AXO, Kappa
Lower middle: DZ, Phi Mu
Bottom: AGD, G Phi

I actually love these and I know aphi typically isn’t ranked up top without some controversy in the comments but they got a smokin pledge class and I don’t think it’s too out there to say they’re getting up to that level - but jumping tiers within the Greek system is difficult as it’s hard to accept change. I would also put agd above gphi only because they’re A. an already established chapter (and an old one at that) and B. they not only have a house, but one that’ll be newly renovated. Speaking of houses, does anyone know if gphi has plans to start building immediately? I know there’s space next to new theta and across from beta.
