Yes they care a lot even in cob lots of girls that cob still have above or at the gpa requirements.

Yes BUT... during formal you will get straight dropped for grades. COB can give you a chance to show off all of your great qualities that might make up for your gpa. COB is a lot more laid back and you'll get more of a chance with a low gpa than you would with formal recruitment.

You have to be recommended for Cob or you don’t get a bid it’s honestly a harder process I don’t recommend it
