which fraternities?

Look here kid, I'm going to be honest with you. You want what any incoming freshman wants, but that fraternity doesn't exist. The best brotherhoods and the fraternities with the best social scene all have very hard pledgeships. But the fraternities where it is a breeze, typically have a better gpa.

My advice, don't worry about any of the things you listed. You'll find out really quick during rush where you feel comfortable. And for the love of God, do not pick a fraternity on how much they say they rage. Make your decision by what feels like home and you'll never regret it. You've already made the best pre-college decision by trying to rush, just wait till you actually get here.

Guy above put it pretty well. No one can really claim to have all of that. There are a few that come decently close though. Sigma Chi except that pledging is intense. ATO except they don't really have that strong of a brotherhood. Delta Sig except they lack a little bit socially and with their brotherhood. Beta but they don't rage as hard as some of the others. So maybe check out those and see what you think.
