With Kappa’s newly remodeled/built house and their great recent rush, they’re where they belong. In fact, there may need to be several changes made in the whole middle-tier situation regarding several houses.

I know quite a bit of phi mus who are friends with kappas.. i actually feel like they are kind of comparable sororities. I don't necessarily feel like a phi mu said this but I do agree with the comment to some extent. Kappa is in same tier as phi mu/axo- they all recruit similar girls
