Why didn’t Delta Gamma, Delta Zeta, Kappa Delta, and Phi Mu meet their quota during formal recruitment?

no. Cob is not a negative thing unless they are taking all the mouth breathers they can get. It can rlly benefit a chapter- especially if they are struggling with money. I know in Chi o, a lot of girls studied abroad and it hurt their budget because they werent paying their full fees. Chapters that COB can take in girls for that persons spot

Agd & axo did cob too but that’s because they’re weird sororities and don’t do any work for the community

axo literally works directly with their local philanthropy in Lexington? So they infact do work for the community - maybe research a little more next time

Looks like confusion over requritment quota and chapter total. A chapter can take quota or even over quota (jts and srs don't count in quoto), and they still can be low allowable chapter total, especially if they had a lot of seniors graduate the previous academic year.

Multiple took over quota in formal reqruitment, and then chose to take more pledges because they weren't at allowable total.
