rec letters

I’ve heard that at UK rec letters aren’t necessary when going through rush. That kind of works out for me since I don’t know a lot of alumni, but I wanted to make sure not having them wouldn’t have me cut from a house.

You should get as many as you can! It’s the number 1 reason you get a bid!

I got a crap ton of rec letters but they don’t mean anything at uk. UK panhellenic phased them out because getting into a sorority shouldn’t be determined by who you know. The only things that really matter are GPA and if you’re a legacy

I was dropped the first day by all rec letters I had other than one chapter! I think it just depends on the chapter how they do recruitment :-) don’t worry about it bc rec letters or not you will find the perfect place for you!
