How do y’all rank fraternities and sororities by tiers? What comes into play other than looks in both? Seriously don’t get it considering some messed up stuff I’ve heard about “top tier” chapters

Basically if you want to have the best time and get the best girls go top tier (SAE, Sig Chi, Delt, Ato-rip). Not saying you wont have a good time at a lower place. This is very apparent during rush. Super easy to see the difference in tiers. This reply is all party related tho
