Top Tier:
Theta (they all look the same, all blondes, but very pretty, good at parties)
Tri Delt (some nice girls but no brains, same a theta except some brunettes)
ADPi ( they are top but the sopro is gonna put a damper on their rank)
Upper Middle:
ChiO (have a good philanthropy but they are all brats)
APhi (terrible retention rate and really cliquey but rich girls)
DG (nice girls but its going down hill)
Middle:
Pi Phi (nothing really bad and nothing really good)
KD (all super nice, nothing really bad to say, very granola)
DZ (you kinda forget about them but not bad, huge partiers)
Lower Middle:
Kappa ( lame pledge class but the house is gonna give them potential)
Phi Mu ( new to campus but have potential to be really good, not like southern chapters though)
AXO ( too new but has potential)
AGD (renovations will give potential)
Low:
AOPi (really nice girls but forgotten about, struggling to stay afloat)
