I can't state for a fact which house has the most women from the middle west, but that shouldbn't sway your decision on a house one way or the other. There are more tangible reasons to join a sorority.
And the easiest bid is the one you are given and then accept; the hardest, the bid you never receive but still would have accepted.
You will have to decide based on your own recruitment convos which house has good grades (and they all do!) and/or good social lives (that's a rather personal decision, not a subject for gossip on greekrank).
