Do sororities fine? And what do they fine for??

They can for lots of stuff. Missing or skipping events (even if you have a valid excuse), not participating, they can require you to buy merchandise which is kind of like a fine, they can force you to buy tickets to things (you can try and sell them to make the money back most of the time though)
