Can someone tell me when exactly sigma nu was kicked off campus and why?

Sigma Nu was kicked off due to drinking in the fraternity house in Fall 2011. It was the final straw in a series of warnings and was far too great of a punishment for the crime that was committed. They currently just got back on campus halfway through Spring semester 2013.
