phi tau absolutely does not belong in any spot other than very close to the bottom. id rather have no house at all than have phi taus tiny house thats far away from just about everything

This is actually one of the closest ones on here. I agree though, bump SAE and Farmhouse above Theta Chi and drop Fiji down a spot or two

Not bad not bad feel that. Fiji should definitely be lower and theta chi below SAE but above farmhouse.
