does this mean anything?

During rush, does it mean anything if a sorority clearly matches you with someone to talk to who is just like you, or if they take you into a more private room to have a conversation?

Sorority recruitment is unbelievably strategic. They look into everyone rushing and match them based on who is similar to keep things interesting and give you all stuff that you have in common.

They plan who you're gonna talk to so no it doesn't mean anything

We literally know everything about you before you walk in that door. So we try to put you with someone who has similar interests in order to determine if you're similar to our specific chapter.

In my sorority we do take girls that we like more upstairs and out of the loud rooms. And usually a president or someone important walks by to say hi.
