phi delt vs. pike

Which colony would you rather rush? Phi Delt has been around a little longer to weed out the ones nationals shouldnt have bid, but PIKE all around seems to have been a little more careless in giving out bids.

PIKE is a brand new fraternity so their pledge process might be a little different in the fall. But let me tell ya, ive been with those PIKE guys for some of their hangouts and they are the nicest guys around. They always make us feel welcome and they are so respectful. They aren't going to be careless at all

Why rush a colony? There's no point and it's not as fun

That's not true, the only difference is that that colony might not have a house

There's way more to it than not having a house. Colonies don't compare to established fraternities, even ones that don't have a house.
