most honest frat rankings of 2016-2017 school year

Frat ranking for the year, based on (recruitment,campus involvment, parties,house)
Top: Delt, Sae, Sigma Chi,ato. (Best houses on campus, parties are great, and almost every rushee rushes them)
Upper Middle: Beta(need house to be top) ,theta chi , delta Sig(falling recently),sigma nu (one of the best pledge classes recently), kappa sig
Middle(top house in the future?) Fiji, farmhouse, Alpha Sig, phi tau
Bottom: phi Sig, Sigma Pi, Sig ep,chi psi
All these fraternities have something to offer! Some have done better jobs than other this year

Move ATO to upper middle. ATO doesn't compare to anybody in the top 3 in terms of quality guys and parties and move beta/ sigma nu/kappa sig to middle because they don't compare to theta chi or ATO in upper middle. Also, alpha sig and phi tau is garbage so they need to be in the bottom level and phi sig is middle. Whoever made this tier is a fuc.king idiot and doesn't know anything about the fraternities here. Thank you

In a top tier sorority, this will give you a good idea of the ones girls like and of frats that are any good
Top: SAE, Delt, Sig Chi, ATO, Dsig, Beta (almost middle because they don't have a house)
Middle: Kappa Sig, KA, Theta chi, Phi sig, Fiji, Sig nu, Farmhouse (almost bottom but rising)
Bottom: phi tau, sigma pi, chi psi, Alpha Sig (rising)

this is by far hands down the dumbest ranking I have ever seen. Comparing Dsig to Sae andfarmhouse to Theta chi LOL
