Every frat and every sorority hangs out with different people. Like there's never really actual pairs set in stone. I've met girls from every sorority and ones that aren't even in Greek life at every party.
Basically, if you're a girl you can get into almost all of not every party

No when people say that they mean what frats/sororities are friends with each other.. obviously girls can get into parties regardless of greek affiliation lol
