Theta chi is the same as KD on here for the girls-- unbelievable amount of self ranking. No way they're top tier, need to stop acting like their "house" is a game changer. Have you ever actually met a member of Theta chi?

okay sounds like someone had a bad experience with theta chi lol they are for sure top tier. maybe in years past they were upper middle but this year they are definitely on the same level as ato and delt. The difference is KD is barely middle tier trying to convince people they are top. It's not "unbelievable" that a frat that was pushing top last year finally made the jump
