Top tier sororities are defined as top tier because of the following factors: Intelligence, Involvement, Philanthropy, Looks (unfortunate but true). That being said:

Chi-O/Theta/Tridelt/ADPi
DG/PiPhi/APhi
KD/DZ
KKG/PhiMu/AGD
AXO/AOPi

I agree with this 100% but I would probably switch AGD and AXO. Yes they don't have a house yet, but their pledge class is definitely not on the same level as AOPi and they're improving in other aspects as well.

I see A-phi becoming number one in the next few years. They are the top sorority at nearby Indiana schools (IU, Purdue, Ball State). A-phi typically is top tier on all campuses and they have done extremely well for the short amount of time they have been on this campus. They know how to recruit, what to look for and they have an edge to easily climb to the top, that most other sororities do not have. Everytime they open a new chapter, they quickly rise to the top (Bama, LSU etc..)
