top vs middle vs bottom tier
by: :)I plan on going in open minded in the fall when I rush, but I'm just curious who are the top/middle/bottom tiers. Like is there a such thing as a bad sorority at UK? My friend told me not to use this website but I just want other people's opinions haha

actually if you look up chapter total, aopi is not the smallest chapter on campus and to claim them as "bad" because of that is terrible. if these girls did not have the numbers to be on campus or hold an impact, their nationals would have pulled them. while they may not be as large as ADPi, Chi O, Kappa (largest chapters on campus), they are successful in other ways such as sisterhood that make an impact on campus and a PNM would be lucky to be a pet of that sisterhood.

and FYI, I'm not an AOPi. I'm just standing up for my panhellenic sisters who I value (and who UK values) just as much as any member of any other sorority on campus. AOPi is full of amazing women here at UK and all over the country who do amazing things, and any PNM who found herself presented with an offer of membership on bid day to join the AOPi sisterhood should be happy to have found a place to call her sorority home.

I'm sure the women of AOPi would disagree with you.
ALL the sororities at UK are amazing for different reasons. Maybe this person doesn't want to be in a chapter with a million members where she won't know 3/4 of her sisters. A smaller chapter like AOPi might be exactly what she is looking for.
