Do what you want PNMS but the "top tier" sororities besides Theta, and Chi O.. are only top 3 for reasons that don't involve philanthropies, being inclusive, and being kind, or actually good with school. They are "top tier" because they get around and the only reason no ones gonna do anything about it is because they're "hot" girls.
