recruitment
by: AaSo I'll be an incoming freshman at UK and I really want to rush a sorority! But I'm nervous that I may not get a bid, what is helpful info I should know before going into recruitment?

This is so rude. Really reflects poorly on whatever sorority you're in. I hope to god this girl chooses a sorority that's right for her and not based on nasty comments left from people like you about other sororities.

My biggest tip would be to keep an open mind to ALL your options. You never know where you'll find your home! Don't disregard chapters because they aren't top (or even middle) tier. Don't worry about a chapter's reputation, as long as they are a good fit for you! Be yourself and the right chapter will love you! Pretty much everyone gets a bid somewhere as long as you maximize your options. If you want a little extra help, try to get alumni recommendation letters!
