fraternity tiers

Top: Delt, ATO, Sigma Chi, SAE (all rage but each has it's own stereotype)
Middle: Theta Chi, Beta, Kappa Sig, Sig Nu, Delta-Sig
Lower middle: Phi Sig, FIJI, FarmHouse
Upper bottom: Phi Psi, Phi Tau, Sig Ep
Bottom: DU, AGR, Chi Psi, Traingle
Summer rush stuff will be here sooner rather than later just giving a heads up on who is on top.

Honestly debateable, SAE has been weak AF recently. Lots of Upper Middles have thrown better parties than them.
I would also prob move Sigma no down a ranking.
I would argue all the fraternities in each category can be switched around as needed, but this is fairly accurate

Phi Delt and pike will be a shell of their former selves. All the guys that I know that were in those fraternities before they got kicked off want nothing to do with them. They'll be lower
