Phi Sigma Rho - ΦΣΡ Sorority at University of Kentucky - UK 3.4 This sorority isn't like the others. One, Phi Rho is exclusively for female engineers; and two, their recruitment process is different and occurs at a separate time than the others. I've had the wonderful chance of meeting a couple of these girls and I can say that they are very genuine, smart, and fun people. Their sisterhood is very strong and they host a lot of social events. They put a lot of effort into their philanthropy by hosting fundraisers throughout the year.

This sorority isn't like the others. One, Phi Rho is exclusively for female engineers; and two, their recruitment process is different and occurs at a separate time than the others. Phi Sigma Rho - ΦΣΡ Sorority at University of Kentucky - UK 3.4 Bottom tier only because many people don't know who they are. Phi Rho has tried to get more involved, but because of panhell rules, they can't participate in certain things/vote in panhell decisions so they've kinda been limited by panhell. it's not for their lack of trying. one of my friends is in phi rho and she's great. super sweet.
