Kappa Kappa Gamma - ΚΚΓ Sorority at University of Kentucky - UK 4.9 A Kappa: Loyal, Loving, Truthful, Kind, and Academic. Kappas give their heart to their chapter and the people around them. This chapter, from what I observe, is very close. In some chapters girls see eachother out and about at parties or frat houses and they ignore each other, not kappas. They are always SO excited to see each other. Even though they did not have a house this year, they had sisterhood events like every week- name another chapter that does that. These girls really truly care about each other and are rising- not because they are being try hards but because they are great girls who take time to know each other and share the love. It should also be said that this is probably THE MOST DIVERSE SORORITY on campus. Kappas have women from all over the country(and world), from different socio-economic status', orientations and religions. Name another chapter who proudly accepts their women. When you walk through the doors of Kappa, my friend always say I'm welcome even though Im not a kappa myself. The final thing I wanted to add was that the Kappa House has been completely done and my best friend showed me the pics and its going to be amazing. Listen up Ladies: even though the walk to kappa is long during recruitment- youll never have that issue again because kappa backs up to a HUGE parking lot that sisters park in and they always carpool! So yeah it may suck to hustle to kappa during recruitment but there are SO MANY benefits to having an off campus house (aka less rules- more fun!!) So give these girls a shot because they are some of the best panhell women I have ever met and I really wish i had gone kappa!

Kappa Kappa Gamma - ΚΚΓ Sorority at University of Kentucky - UK 4.5 Kappa is rising. In years past they had pledge classes that were focused on being "chill". But fall 14' came in with real leaders, and they have helped lead younger girls into safeguarding their reputation. Kappa is the sorority to go to if you want to be a well known student leader. They have girls in high positions in DanceBlue, Student Government, and hands down have theist sisterhood because they groom girls to reaching their full potential. Plus, they are about to get a beautiful new house. I've never heard a negative thing about Kappa, definitely not a typical sorority, in the glitter and glam sense-- but they are a great mix of beauty and brains.

Kappa Kappa Gamma - ΚΚΓ Sorority at University of Kentucky - UK 3.9 GREAT group of girls. Smart, friendly, genuine, everything. If you are worried about negative stereotypes, Kappa's the one because I've never heard a bad thing about them. Keep your grades up though because they're very smart! So open and welcoming too. All around great.
