They are among the best on campus. No way there is only one top house but they are among the top 4. Big pledge classes show they're doing something right. My experience at parties is that they treat each other with respect, are good to their pledges (and that just isn't true for some of the other fraternities) and they have a ton of fun. They are very involved on campus and IFC. Among the top
