Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Kentucky - UK 4.6 I've been to every major frats party (except kappa sig, ew no) and Phi Psi is easily top 3 as far as parties go. Their pledge class was only like 15 guys in the fall and I don't hear people talk about them much, but there's no way someone could say they don't throw ragers.
