Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Kentucky - UK 3.4 I absolutely adore the Phi Psi boys, but I don't know why they're on top. But they have definite potential. These guys are REAL brothers. they love each other. And they have really fun parties and are completely underrated. They made grades this fall, so we'll be seeing more of them soon. These guys are fun and laid back. I'm really excited to see where this frat can go!
