Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Kentucky - UK 5.0 way better than farmhouse, how was farmhouse ahead of them? These guys are very well represented in most of the big campus organizations. They bid some very questionable people sometimes but overall they are a good chapter

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Kentucky - UK 4.4 I'd put them solidly at 4 behind sigma chi, delt, and phi delt. I think they have some aspects better about them than phi delt or delt have especially in terms of involvement and grades. They don't match the three above them socially however, which is the key. If they can improve their party scene then I think they'd move ahead of phi felt, but that hasn't happened. They are better than ATO and kappa sig in my opinion.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Kentucky - UK 3.4 All around pretty good fraternity, but nothing really stands out to make them a great fraternity. Pretty good GPA, but not up there with Sigma Chi and Beta. Pretty involved, but nearly as much as Sigma Chi, Beta, or Phi Delt. Pretty good socially, but nearly as good as Sigma Chi, Delt, or Phi Delt. They're still good though.
