So after reading all these comments all I can say is that people are mean. I have read comments about the other sororities too and posting nasty comments about other sororities will not make your sorority more popular. No sorority on this campus is perfect. I believe AOII is moving up. They are very active on this campus and in the community. I also love how they have all different types of girls. They might not be the most popular or considered the hottest sorority on campus, but they are great girls and very fun to be around. I do believe that UK will be seeing a lot more from them in the future. They are amazing women and I hope the negative comments do not discourage them from being the best they can be. This is truly a sisterhood.

When I came to UK for rush week ADPi was the house I wanted to get a bid from, but I had a very awkward experience at the house on the first day. The first girl I got was really nice and amazing and it seemed like the conversation was going great. We talked about volunteering and I knew I wanted to be an ADPi. I got pretty discouraged when the next girl came and talked to me didn't focus her attention on me. She sat down and introduced her self and we talked for a little bit, but then she turned around and watched other people. I felt like I did something wrong and it was very awkward for me to keep sitting there and trying to have a conversation with someone who did not care. I did not get called back and I was happy about that, because I wanted to be somewhere that the girls cared about who I was.

I loved these girls when i rushed! Every girl I talked to in this sorority were nice and respectful. They might not be the most popular on campus, but popularity isn't everything. Being classy and a great sisterhood is all that matters!!!!!!

Just because their dues aren't the most expensive doesn't make them less of a sorority like others I know. They have a great sisterhood. Go KD!

Great at parties, but they are a HOT MESS! No class, no sisterhood, and not involved at all. I don't understand how they can be considered top at UK.

Not the worst, but not the best either. I think they are getting better. Not only have I seen kd's at slpooy parties, but tri delts, dz, pi beta phi's, agd... it's not just kappa deltas.
