Ladies these rankings are harsh and I'm sorry. You don't deserve all ones. You all are new, of course you're not as involved, but you're doing well. Yes, I think everyone will agree that you're not top tier, but that doesn't mean you suck, you girls are doing great for being so new and I have heard numerous times, even from girls in my own sorority, that you all are so sweet and that you have some cute girls.
