I'm in a frat and walking around campus i have to say, they have impresses me the most, i expected them to be average at best as far as attractiveness and personality went but their newest pledge class is very attractive, i invited several to parities and they came! As far as the house, i agree it sucks in location but in my opinion has the most character on campus. The girls are always sweet and friendly, and I think you would be pleasantly surprised with their attitudes and total persona.

Some Sig commented saying they had the best grades. That needs a correction Beta Theta Pi has the best grades. Otherwise they're a very solid frat, although they do have a lack of brotherhood because of the way they recruit,1.Money 2.Attrictveness 3."lets see how many we can get and drop so no one else can have them" They need work terribly because they are going downhill With SAE back getting the rich Men, BETA THETA PI getting the the smart Men, they won't be able to fill that Big House soon.

Why are they anywhere near the top? i wouldnt even call them a fraternity

Obvi they are hot. There are some great guys in Sigma Chi, but then there are some really big douchebags also. I think they are letting their popularity get to their head. Although I hate to say this, maybe they should stop worrying about recruiting guys that are attractive and maybe recruit guys with good character... I agree in that they are slowly declining when it comes to being top tier.

They are just try hards. They may have a few fun parties, but the guys are actually big douche bags with a few exceptions of course. Very judgmental of others and think they are top tier... think again.

It's funny because BETA has been here just a few years and they have become such a top tier fraternity. I have no doubt that in a few years and with a house they will be the top fraternity on campus. They have won tons of awards already, have a great GPA, and top 5 in intramurals. My favorite thing about BETA is that they are fraternity men, not just immature frat bros. Not to mention they are fine. Can't wait to see what BETA brings in the future! :)
