Thoughts on KD and FIJI
by: 2024Samford is growing therefore is adding more greek chapters. What do y'all think about the 2 newest chapters? Do y'all think they will do well with despite them being new?

Not sure how fiji will turn out, kd’s quota is going to be much higher than the other sororities for several years. I would not want to pledge a new sorority. Also, too many girls, chaotic for several years and going to be difficult to live in the house. Too many girls, not enough spots in the house for 120-130 girls. The new house sleeps 70ish girls.

KD is brand new. KD did not participate in regular recruitment last year. This will be their first year to have regular recruitment. in order to get their numbers up they’re being required to have a huge pledge class. Cuts will be deep in all the other sororities. Getting in an established sorority this year is not gonna be easy.

Sigma chi is supposed to be getting AOPIs house. Sigma chi originally lived their first! :)
