Values Bracket?

How does the value bracket fit in to recruitment. I know it’s been mentioned in meetings but I’m not sure how we know if our top value matches.
I had Family and Respect at the top.

when i went through recruitment last year nobody ever asked about it or tried to look at it. they only looked at my name tag because they probably forgot my name because you meet so many different people. but w it being online i highly doubt anyone will ask. we’re more focused on a genuine convo w you and telling you about our sorority
