So, I rushed during Fall '17. I pledged Tri-Delta (YES, I had other good options) and haven't looked back. Tri Delta is very strong in my home state so I came in with an open mind. Our sisterhood is strong and I have loved being part of a new chapter. Not true AT ALL that we are disorganized! Trolls (mostly moms-sorry!) are all over this site. PNM's, make up your OWN mind!

Tridelta is a new chapter at Samford. Lots of very fun, down-to-earth girls. They still need to find their place on campus though. Many girls in this chapter don't like it too much because it is very unorganized. They don't have a strong sense of sisterhood.

Unfortunately because it was Tri Delta's first official rush year, a lot of the pnms were placed into tri delta whether they wanted it or not so that they could have a healthy sized pledge class. Some girls are super sweet but a lot of pc'17 is unhappy about where they ended up. Since it is a new chapter they are pretty unorganized, they don't really know what they're doing, and it's a very diverse group of women this damages their sisterhood. Hopefully they can establish a name for themselves on campus, everyone is really excited to see what their rep will be. With the right leadership, in the next 4-8 years, tri delta will be a top choice on every pnms list.

Disclaimer...I’ve graduated from college and my younger sister is a TriDelta. Every time I’ve met or watched the girls in this sorority, I’ve been impressed. I’m a protective older sister and believe me, I would tell my sis if I had any worries or complaints.

Being a new chapter is difficult, but the ladies of Tri Delta carry themselves with grace and have established an awesome sisterhood in such a short amount of time. It will be exciting to see where they go from here.

Nice and attractive group of girls. Haven’t really developed a reputation yet, but they have a lot of potential. The girls I’ve met like to have fun and seem genuine, although I have heard some complain about the organization of things...their formal was fun though.
