AOII has some of the most fun, smart, open-minded women I have met. They are not obsessed with popularity and labels and are focused on having a good time and supporting each other. AOII girls are involved in all areas of campus and come from majors all over Samford. 10/10 would recommend.

i joined aoii last year and it was the best decision i have made so far in college. going into recruitment i was kind of scared of the steryotypes but trust me- don’t listen to them. I fell in love with aoii during the first round of recruitment because of how fun and authentic they are. at the end of the day u want to be where you are happy, so don’t focus on which sorority is the most popular or looks the best. be yourself and you will be fine and end up where you need to be!

AOII has the best sisterhood on campus! They have rocked the last two years in recruitment and are on their way up! Don’t let anyone tell you they’re not top tier! If you hear that, it’s probably from another sorority who likes to talk them down. They are the most authentic girls ever!!

They are very sweet! They host the best events. You should rush AOPI. I wish I rushed them. They are nice to everyone. They are a very close chapter. They are always having a good time.

Freshmen girls <3 pleaseeeee get off greekrank. Go into recruitment with an open mind and you’ll have a much better experience I promise. Often times people from other chapters will post untrue things about a chapter they’re not in so they can get more bids. Base your opinions off of actual recruitment and not greekrank or Instagram aesthetics.

Great chapter with great girls that like each other. They have good events and have done well with the recruitment of the classes that are actually at Samford. They have members in every major and are super involved on campus. They don’t think they are better than everyone else and try to be friends with everyone. If people tell you they are bottom tier they are likely from a chapter that desperately wants to be the top or is traditionally top and can’t stand to hear AOII has gotten so much better in the past few years.
