These girls are always so kind. They’re accepting and welcoming to anyone and will always say hey to you around campus. I see them involved all over campus in different clubs and groups. There’s girls of all different backgrounds and with all different interests in AOPi so it’s obvious you’ll find like-minded girls in here. They’re really slept on considering how genuine they are. It seems that they had a fairly good pledge class this year. Mark my words because AOPi is definitely the up and coming sorority at Samford.

People give this sorority a lot of grief but it’s a great group of girls. Sure, they pick up some that didn’t fit anywhere else but some girls pick them to avoid the drama and have a genuine set of friends. This year looks like a good year for them. Maybe not the best class of the 6 but it has some hot, smart girls. I think they will keep getting better

Great girls. They use to had a bad rep but they’re really changing that and becoming a sorority that girls want because of their authenticity, kindness, involvement, and sisterhood. You can see them anywhere on campus and they will be smiling and socializing. Sweet girls with so many different types of girls. Love that not every AOPi is the same as each other. Couldn’t say anything bad. Involved, good sisterhood, kind, authentic, strong sisterhood, good food at tailgates, welcoming, you get the point.

I’m an indy but if I went greek it would be to AOII. I haven’t met a single girl I don’t love. These are the main girls that are the nicest to me and go out of their way to any student on campus. I don’t get why they get a bad rep on campus for being “weird”. There’s “weird” girls in any sorority. AOII has so many different types of girls that I know I would be able to find so many friends in there. They volunteer a lot on campus and I see them more than other sororities at athletic events and supporting the Samford community. They always make it known I’m welcome at their tailgates when I go with my AOII roommate. I have nothing bad to say about them (same with Phi Mu). Some people truly make AOII sound like they’re the “weird” sorority because there’s a few girls in there that don’t fit the sorority girl stereotype. But that’s why I love being friends with AOIIs because they’re accepting to all sorts of people. My roommate loves her sorority and it’s clear that she’s in a good one by the way she talks about it and her sisters. I’ve never heard a friend talk that highly about how happy and comfortable they are in their sorority like I hear AOIIs talk about it

Anytime I see an AOII the girl is always happy. I have yet to meet an AOII that doesn’t make me feel welcomed or appreciated. They do so much on campus from philanthropy events to hosting events and manning tables in Ben Brown. You can see how good their sisterhood is by the way they treat others. They have so many different types of girls so I bet it’s easy to find friends you have similar interests and hobbies with. Anytime I visit their tailgate they always have the best food and they’re always laughing and bonding with other girls, whether it be fellow AOII, different greek girls or even indies. If I were to rush it would def be for AOII or tri delt hands down. If you’re looking for kind, accepting, outgoing girls, it’s AOII. Don’t let the stereotypes fool you. They know how to have fun and go out but still do it with class and honor to their sorority name

I love all the girls I met that are in aoii. They are very involved and make a good name for themselves. They may seem reserved at first but there are so many who are down for a fun night. They are very diverse so I feel it would be easy to find your group and your people in here. They constantly say hey to me on campus and have smiles on their faces. They make up many leadership positions across campus, including the SGA president. They have a rep for being weird but there are odd people in all sororities. Bottom line is: they are someone of the kindest, most involved girls who are always fun to be around.

These girls are super nice. I’ve been impressed with how it is growing and improving year after year. I think sometimes the top couple of sororities, or the ones that think they are the top, don’t want their position threatened, so they say things that just aren’t true about other sororities. It’s a shame, because I feel like all of the sororities at Samford are pretty good, some are just a little more friendly and fun to be a part of than others.

Initially didn't like but once I was involved I loved it. It seems to be changing more in the recent years and has been described as being the up and coming sorority on campus
