Best fraternity house

I’m transferring from A&M. Which fraternity has the nicest or biggest or best house? I saw only a few frats have houses, how does that work? Also ladies what is your favorite fraternity on campus?

My recs would be Delt or SigChi if you are coming from A&M. Caution with Delt tho they only really hang/ talk to sorority girls.

Sigma Chi or Delt Top houses , I prefer sigma chi but mostly people are gonna say either two for the best houses socially and like the actual houses
