Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Sam Houston State University - SHSU 4.2 They really are stepping it up. They got a pretty solid group of pledges and even took in some cool sweethearts who seem to do more than other sweethearts/Angels on campus. They must be doing something right if they are making power moves like this.
