Alpha Sigma Tau - ΑΣΤ Sorority at Winona State University - WSU 2.9 AST was the brand new sorority when I went through recruitment as a freshman. Vibes were always off but then I got to know some of the girls through mutual friends and Panhellenic. While I think some of the girls are really awesome and inclusive, some of the other members are very immature about all things sorority. I always saw AST girls out and acting sloppy which I literally didn't care but then they would go and talk trash about other chapters which was just a double standard. Also some of the girls defs went out during dry period which could've gotten them in serious trouble. Never had a problem with a particular sister but they were always standoff-ish and thought they were too cool for the other chapters.

Alpha Sigma Tau - ΑΣΤ Sorority at Winona State University - WSU 2.2 I was involved with this chapter for a while because I wanted to feel a sense of belonging as a freshman and made friends with a few girls from AST. I was soon sucked into an organization that only cared about their newest members and was thrown to the side when the next rush semester came up. When I tried to leave at the beginning of the semester in spring they waited to vote on me until the middle of February. I later noticed I was charged for a full semester of dues as I was trying to leave for financial reasons. I then noticed I hadn't been officially written out of the sorority until June of that year. All I wanted to do was leave and they didn't even allow that. Avoid this organization if want to save your money.

Alpha Sigma Tau - ΑΣΤ Sorority at Winona State University - WSU 3.0 This group of girls only care about partying at tav and getting into drama with the other organizations. Trashy, sloppy and downright bad. Everyone knows they have a bad rep on campus and even the brothers in my frat know better than to hang with these girls

Being at a small school doesn’t really define the involvement of people in different sororities. Alpha Sigma Tau - ΑΣΤ Sorority at Winona State University - WSU 4.7 I'm really impressed with how much AST has kinda stepped up their game. It's been fun having social with them this year. They seemed to spend their first couple years here really having to focus on themselves so it's nice finally having the chance to get to know them.
