I know most of the girls in this chapter (outside of the new ones) - you've done a great job improving the reputation of your chapter. Still have some room to improve though. Glad recruitment has been fixed, now figure out how to mold your Phis and you'll be #1 fast.

Phenomenal philanthropy work, leadership and social life. Seem to have some internal issues, but who doesn't? Talked with a lot of you throughout the years - you all have one thing in common; dominance. Great job with elections last semester. Keep up the good work.

You guys redefine "flying under the radar." I've worked with a few of you over my years of service in SU's Greek system. You all have great individual reputations yet your chapter is relatively unknown. Put some more effort into your chapter, you have a shot at being top-tier next year.

"A chain is only as strong as its weakest link." You aren't quite there, SAE took that burden from you, but once the media gets off their backs it'll be right on you. Get organized, prioritize and execute. SigEp rebuilt from 8, so can you. Stay determined and success will find your chapter.

SigEp. Great leaders in the past and a few rising stars working their way up the ranks. You guys are on top but not by much. Stay on your game or you could fall into old habits quickly. Great parties, cool guys, tight brotherhood. Keep killin it.

I know a lot of you and your older brothers. Someone, anyone, needs to take the reins of this chapter if its going to be great. Run-of-the-mill chapter, saddens me to say. Young guys need to step up.

Great man power, great campus image, great philanthropy yet there is no clean-cut #1 fraternity. Exec needs to step up more and do something new. Date Auction and solid numbers are old news, what else can you do?

Not a true brother hood. A lot of suspicious activities and not a lot of involvement
