So now that everyone's initiated, it's possible that the dynamics of the Greek system have changed since the spring. What are everyone's thoughts? And don't comment crap like "ranks don't matter or it means nothing" because even you guys who write that think about it too.

KD is traditionally at the top but sophomores that go through recruitment go for ChiO, ADPi and PhiSig, because they know what the girls are like by then. Sophomores don't go for the pretty and fake KDs because unlike freshmen they know better. So that being said here are my rankings as a sophomore that went through recruitment as a sophomore:
PhiSig/ADPi/ChiO
DZ, not great but had it come down to it I would've taken a bid because they'll grow and be fine.

Can people stop putting DZ below theta? Like come on DZ is only at the bottom because they're new but they've gotten a lot of good girls. Theta phi has been here for 7 years and hasn't improved. DZ should definitely always be above theta.

I'm not in DZ or theta, but I agree that DZ has improved so much in the short time they've been here. 2 of my best friends are in theta and admit while some girls are great in it, it's really difficult for them to escape their "weird" reputation. I think they're too far gone, while I think DZ is steadily improving
