why does chi delta get to participate in greek wee

Why Does Chi Delta get to participate in Greek Week and Xi Phi Chi does not? That just doesn't seem very fair.

Chi delta is a part of Panhellenic and xi phi chi is not a part of IFC.

Chi delta is an associate chapter of Panhellenic. They can only be found at sac state and are not part of national Panhellenic council . So I'm not quite sure why...

Xi Phi Chi has no dues and thus they don't pay IFC. Chi Delta pays to be in National Panhellenic Council. You have to pay a fee to be apart of IFC and Panhellenic.

Xi Phi Chi doesn't want to be an IFC affiliate so they can't do greek week.
