Do all fraternities and sororities have housing? on campus or off campus? is there a frat/sorority row or are they separate?

unfortunately, sac state does not have greek housing which ends up being the deciding factor for a lot of perspective sac state students; however, la riv is a make-shift greek row -if you want to call it that. All the greeks live on La Riviera, so theirs usually something going down on that street. You'll have fun regardless

Does makeshift greek row allow the chapter houses or houses to have letters?

No letters means no rules so major ragers
