I would rate these guys second to Sigma Chi because they remind me of a clique where they all seem the same with no individuality differing each from the other.

I bet the girls who rate these guys low are rating certain individuals and I'm sure every fraternity/sorority has their share of bad apples, but most of these guys are amazing! <3 They all look and act so different, you would be surprised they are all brothers. Some like to party, some are real studious, some are family-oriented and some are real gentlemen. Whats great about these guys is that each one you meet is not like the other one. I love these men! :)

Their sisterhood needs work, but is fixable. If they get that right and recruit some prettier girls who are well-rounded individuals. Than they can be a top house at CSUS for sure.

These guys have all the tools to be a top Fraternity, but don't bid the right guys to take them there. If only they did...

They are athletic &all about the business aspect of their frat. Other Fraternities on campus are way more classy, have a greater brotherhood and are definitely more fun to be around for sure. These boys are not men and act like boys. They talk about other sororities behind their backs and put on a front to act like they like them when in reality most of these boys can't hold a girlfriend for long. Their brotherhood is weak.I see guys who wear Pike clothes but who claim not to b pike. WTF?

I've noticed that some of the guys who go out to party are mentioned in a negative fashion,but I know that alot of the newer guys who don't go out & party as much are true gentlemen being respectful as I always see them walking their girlfriends to class, opening doors&studying in the library. Potential husband material-a lot of the newer guys that you don't see raging are actually being true leaders in their communities respecting all individuals no matter who they are or what they look like.<3

This group all acts the same, looks the same and has the same mindset in every aspect. If that is anyone's idea of a truly great fraternity than they certainly are.
