G phi B.. where do I start? First off, they are an overall great group of girls. They range from cute to hot. I love them. And, for the most part, they have really sweet and friendly personalities. You see them everywhere and they're just pleasant to be around. They don't party as much and interaction with them isn't all that often. I'd say they need to work on that. But, if I was a girl, I'd definitely check them out.

This group of guys are fun. First time hanging out and getting to know them was at a football tailgate. I hope we get to have a mixer with these guys next semester!

Their brotherhood is a work in progress but they are heading in the right direction otherwise. It is evident there is great disparity between the newer and older guys. They group together during Pike events but they pass each other between classes and off campus without acknowledging each others presence at times. The brotherhood isn't there at times.

They were going in the right direction until they started spreading negative rumors about other fraternities about a party they had. With no concrete evidence, the rumors were spread like a wildfire. Pointing fingers and gossip make these young men seem adolescent in nature.

They can do a lot better with campus involvement among other things if they weren't so "one-dimensional&q uot; to only certain sororities. Branching out to more would be a huge benefit for these men. They are newer so there is plenty of room for them to grow.

Ask any of these men about one another and they pretty much know everything about each other. A close-knit brotherhood like a close family type of vibe, maybe because they are a smaller group. Have sweethearts in differing sororities every other semester (Gamma Phi, A-Chi-O, etc.); Sororities don't pick men to be their Sweethearts if they are disrespectful and rude to women. They talk about putting family and school before anything else, yet they stay true to their Fraternity.
